Go to junglelifetravel.com then click on "Sign up" at the top right of the page. Create your account with your username, full name, email address and password. If you want to create a customer account, select normal user. If you want to publish announces select Local Expert (Guide) User. Finally accept the terms and privacy policy and click on "Sign up". You can also log in using your Facebook, Google or Twitter account.

Log into your account then go to your dashboard. In the menu on the left of the screen click on settings. At the bottom of the page that appears, complete the "change password" section with your current password, your new password and confirm your new password again.Finally click on "change password"

Click on "Login" at the top right of the home page. Enter the registration email address then click on "forgot password". Re-enter your email address and click "send reset link". You will then receive an email from BeeTheGuide. Click on the link in the email and follow the next steps.

If you cannot log into your account check the email address and password. If the problem persists, try again later. If you still cannot connect after several attempts, contact our support service by email or through our "contact us" page.

You can cancel your reservation at any time according to the cancellation conditions detailed in the "Cancellation and Refund Policy". Go to your Booking confirmation email and click on "Request Cancellation" at the bottom of this email. Follow the next steps and send your request. If you registered to our platform as a Normal User you can also go to your dashboard and select the activity to cancel. Then click on "modify or cancel" and follow the steps.

Conditions for modifications and applicable fees are detailed in the "Cancellation and Refund Policy". Please refer to this policy for any related request.

You authorize Jungle Life Travel to debit your method of payment of the total transaction costs for any reservation request. Jungle Life Travel will generally charge the Total Fees after the local expert has accepted your booking request. For more details, go to the "Payment Terms of Service" section.

When receiving emails check the sender. Jungle Life Travel never sends an email asking you to follow a link to pay. Payment will always be made from your secured personal dashboard. When creating your account, be sure to set a password with high complexity.
